INTERNATIONAL ACADEMIC COOPERATION: LECTURE AT THE UNIVERSITY OF GDAŃSK

A doctoral student at the Faculty of Law of Academician E.A. Buketov Karaganda National Research University, Sh.T. Baikenzhina, delivered a guest lecture at the Faculty of Law of the University of Gdańsk (Poland).

On October 13, 2026, she delivered an online lecture in English to students of the Polish university on the topic “Effective Mechanisms for Corporate Dispute Resolution: A Comparative Analysis of Central Asian and European Union Practices.”

The lecture directly relates to Sh.T. Baikenzhina’s doctoral research, which focuses on the theoretical and practical issues surrounding the resolution of corporate disputes in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
