The laboratory was created in 2010 on the basis of the Philosophy and Psychology Faculty on the initiative of Professor Karipbayev Baizhol Iskakovich, with the support of the Scientific Council of the KBU.
The laboratory is headed by Doctor of Philosophy, Professor Karipbayev Baizhol Iskakovich.
The purpose of the laboratory – is the worldview comprehension of the problems associated with the religious factor in the spiritual life of modern Kazakhstan.
Tasks:
- Scientific and theoretical, methodological support of the specialty "Religious studies";
- Development of scientific projects corresponding to the thematic priorities of the laboratory;
- Attracting students, master’s, doctoral students to research work in line with the scientific directions of the laboratory;
- Development of scientific, methodological materials on religious issues.
