Visit of the Delegation of Academician E.A. Buketov Karaganda National Research University to Tashkent
The visit of the delegation from Academician E.A. Buketov Karaganda National Research University to Tashkent brought together a series of activities focused on professional exchange in the field of teacher education and the development of young researchers’ work in an international academic environment.
At Nizami Tashkent State Pedagogical University, the delegation held a meeting with Dilnoza Kholmuradova, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation, as well as representatives of the university administration and the faculty and academic staff of the Faculty of Education.
The professional dialogue focused on issues relevant to teacher education in both countries, including modern approaches to teacher training, the development of inclusive education, practical training for future professionals, psychological and pedagogical support throughout the educational process, and the application of research findings in educational practice.
The professional dialogue continued with a visit to the university’s scientific and educational center. Of particular interest to our delegation was its experience in providing psychological and pedagogical support to participants in the educational process, as well as its approaches to creating a supportive educational environment. This area directly aligns with the research agenda of our team.
Such work is particularly valuable for young researchers: it enables them to move beyond a single educational environment, explore how similar challenges are addressed in another country, compare approaches, expand their empirical base, and pilot individual research tools and methodologies.
The next venue was Uzbekistan State University of World Languages, where our young researchers participated in an international scientific and practical conference. The conference topic was a natural continuation of the professional dialogue that had begun earlier, focusing on supportive educational environments, personal resources, and the psychological well-being of participants in the educational process.
For us, international cooperation is not simply an exchange of experience between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. It is an opportunity to examine the issues under study in different educational and sociocultural contexts, compare the practices of the two countries, and identify new areas for joint research.
