HUAWEI ICT COMPETITION ROADSHOW 2026–2027 HAS KICKED OFF AT UNIVERSITIES ACROSS KAZAKHSTAN!

On September 17, 2026, Academician Ye.A. Buketov Karaganda National Research University hosted the Huawei ICT Competition Roadshow 2026–2027.
The event brought together Huawei representatives, students, and academic staff from the Faculty of Physics and Technology and the Faculty of Mathematics and Information Technologies.
In his welcoming remarks, Timur Serikov, Dean of the Faculty of Physics and Technology, highlighted the importance of students’ participation in international technology competitions as an opportunity to develop professional competencies, practical skills, and international experience.
Nursaya Aratbayeva, Huawei Talent Management Manager, presented the opportunities offered by the Huawei ICT Academy ecosystem and provided detailed information about the participation requirements for the Huawei ICT Competition 2026–2027.
During the meeting, participants learned about the competition tracks, stages, participation requirements, and the opportunities it offers for professional and career development in the field of information and communication technologies.
Huawei ICT Competition provides students with an opportunity to test their knowledge and practical skills, work with modern technological solutions, and demonstrate their competencies at the international level.
Following the meeting, the most active participants received Huawei-branded gifts.
