STUDENT RESIDENCES ARE READY FOR THE NEW ACADEMIC YEAR!

Today, Chairman of the Board – Rector of Buketov National University Nurlan Orynbasarovich Dulatbekov inspected the preparations for accommodating students in the Student Residences for the 2026–2027 academic year.
The university has 7 Student Residences with a total capacity of 2,676 places. The Rector reviewed the student safety system and the living conditions in the rooms.
To effectively organize students’ leisure time, the Jastar Ortalygy leisure center is operating. It provides all the necessary opportunities for students to pursue their creative, social, and cultural initiatives.
In addition, the Student Polyclinic operates to monitor students’ health and provide medical assistance.
From August 26 to 31, students will be accommodated in the Student Residences. Before moving in, they will undergo a comprehensive medical examination.
During the past academic year, 80 refrigerators and 50 water heaters were purchased to improve the material and technical facilities of the Student Residences. In addition, fire alarm systems were upgraded in all Student Residences, and the buildings were connected to the city heating system.
