NEW DECISIONS – TO NEW ACHIEVEMENTS OF BUKETOV UNIVERSITY!

Today, at the regular meeting of the Board of Directors of Karaganda National Research University named after Academician E.A. Buketov, key decisions were made for the further development of the university (Minutes No. 8 dated August 20, 2026).

The decisions were based on the results of an independent assessment of the Board’s performance for 2023–2025, according to which the Board received 96 out of 100 points! In addition, the university’s achievement of the statuses of Research University and National University is further evidence of the Board’s effective work.

Taking into account the results achieved, the Board of Directors extended the terms of office of the members of the Board — Vice-Rectors — until December 11, 2028, corresponding to the term of office of the Chair of the Board — Rector N.O. Dulatbekov, previously agreed with the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

Yerkeblan Muratovich Tazhbayev — Member of the Board, Vice-Rector for Research

Erbol Zhanbyrbaevich Sarmurzin — Member of the Board, Vice-Rector for Strategic Affairs

Nurzhan Argynovich Zhetpisbayev — Member of the Board, Vice-Rector for Social and Cultural Development

Asylbek Serikovich Moldabayev — Member of the Board, Vice-Rector for Administrative and Economic Affairs
