Mission of the University

The University preserves values, disseminates knowledge, and introduces innovative approaches for training personnel based on the best educational practices and research programs.

Accredited by the Independent Agency for Quality Assurance in Education, included in the European Register of Higher Education Quality Assurance Agencies (EQAR) and the National Register No. 1 of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

One of the five leaders in Russian education according to national accreditation agencies – IAAR and IQAA.
