The Serpin program is a government project aimed at providing high—quality higher education to young people from the southern regions of the country and training qualified specialists for regions with a shortage of personnel.
Graduates of schools in the following regions can participate in the program:
Turkestan region
Kyzylorda region
Zhambyl region
Almaty region
Zhetysu Region
