Welcome to the preparatory department!
The Preparatory Department program is aimed at improving the general education and language skills of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as ethnic Kazakhs who are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan (kandas), in order to prepare them for admission to higher educational institutions.
The Preparatory Department program (Foundation) is implemented in accordance with the Rules for the Organization of Preparatory Departments of Higher Educational Institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 24, 2024, No. 310).
The program helps students to:
- adapt to the culture of Kazakhstan and the university educational environment;
- improve their language skills and acquire additional academic competencies;
- meet all requirements for studying at a university;
- gain access to university libraries and other infrastructure;
- enhance their communication skills.
