The Department of Accounting and Audit trains specialists in accounting, auditing, public audit, and valuation. Bachelor's and master's programs align with national professional standards, market demands, and international university practices. Benefits include dual-degree options, internships with major companies, and 100% graduate employment. Instruction is in Kazakh and Russian, with some master's courses in English. Students are offered in-demand programs covering International Financial Reporting and Auditing Standards, 1C Accounting, public procurement, management and IT audit, business, property, land, and machinery valuation. The department actively conducts scientific research, collaborating closely with the Institute for Digital Economy Research. Annually, five Olympiads are hosted for "Accounting and Audit," "Public Audit," and "Valuation" programs, including three international remote Olympiads. The department has served as a base university for national Olympiads.
