DEPARTMENT OF CONSTITUTIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL LAW

Welcome to the department of constitutional and international law

The Department provides training under bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral programs: 6В04201 – Law, 6В04202 – Legal Support of Business, 6В04203 – International Law, 6В04204 – Judicial and Prosecutorial Activities, 6В04205 – Legal Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activities, 7М04201 – Legal Support for Public Authorities and Administration, 8D04201 – Law. The curriculum includes courses such as “Constitutional and Administrative Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan,” “Civil Service,” “Public International Law,” “International Legal Assistance,” “The Law of the Eurasian Economic Union,” “WTO Law,” and others. Graduates work in justice bodies, prosecution offices, international and state institutions. The department hosts a Research Institute of Legal Studies. Faculty members actively participate in scientific conferences, discuss draft laws, and provide expert opinions. An annual collection titled “Scientific Notes of the Department of Constitutional and International Law” is published, featuring articles by faculty, doctoral, and master’s students.
