About the department

Welcome to the department of physics and nanotechnology!

The department provides training of pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical staff within bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degree programs. Students and master’s students of the department have the opportunity to study along five tracks: Nanotechnology, Spectroscopy, Physics, Physics–Informatics. The curriculum includes relevant courses such as Physical Foundations of STEM Education at School, Fundamentals of the Internet of Things (IoT) and Arduino, Fundamentals of Nanotechnology and Nanomaterials, Physical Foundations of Nanomaterials, Methods of Materials Production and Research, Physical Methods of Materials Research. The department offers education in bilingual groups. Graduates of the department can teach in general education schools and colleges, as well as work as engineers in laboratories and research institutes.
