Welcome to the department of radiophysics and electronics

The Department of Radiophysics and Electronics trains specialists in the field of semiconductor physics, microprocessor technology, automation of production processes and circuit design of modern devices, as well as in the field of science and technology, which develops methods and devices for excitation, amplification and propagation of electromagnetic signals that carry a semantic load. Students of the department have the opportunity to study in five trajectories: «Communication networks and switching systems», «Radio Engineering and Electronics», «Thermophysics», «Radiophysics and Electronics», «Control devices and Analysis of substances». The training program includes such relevant disciplines as « Fundamentals of digital and microprocessor technologyһ», «Computer modeling of electronic circuits», « Information protection in telecommunications systems», «Fundamentals of Radio-electronic Equipment Design», «Structural materials of instrument Engineering», «Application of optical quantum generators».
